WHERE IS THE EXPERIENCE:
We host in Waikoloa Village, on The Big Island. Ideally located at 1000 feet elevation, we have ocean views on one side and panoramic views of pastures and Mauna Kea on the other side! Nearby resorts include the Hilton, Four Seasons, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Fairmont and More. We are 30 min north from the airport. We are so fortunate to be close to some of the most pristine beaches of the Island!
ABOUT US:
Isabelle was born and raised in Normandie, France. She also lived in Norway, Arizona and recently relocated to The enchanted Big Island. Her passion is to share with you the authentic culinary cultures she was exposed to, while including local organic Hawaiian nourishments.
WHAT WE DO:
More than mastering techniques to make Baguettes (The French Bread of Equality), this immersive class serves to bring people together! While your dough rises several times, you will eat authentic crêpes (French thin pancakes) served with Kona Coffee, prepare homemade butter, arrange an artistic charcuterie board (composed of cured meats, cheeses & local Hawaiian nourishments) and learn the Napoleon art of sabering a bottle of Bubbly! Lastly, we will eat our masterpieces all together during a wonderful sit-down meal!
